After the earlier announcement that Scott Eastwood and Raymond Olubowale were joining the cast of David Ayer's Suicide Squad, another Dc Comics villain has been announced as joining the super villain team-up, with The Wrap reporting that Thor: The Dark World and Lost's (where he was the bad ass Mr. Eko) Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will be stepping into the scaly, super tough skin (hopefully through the medium of practical effects) of Waylon Jones, better known to Batman fans as Killer Croc.
Croc will of course be joining other bat-foes The Joker and Harley Quinn, played by Jared Leto and Margot Robbie, but considering the core Squad members were announced a few months back, I have the feeling Mr. Jones will be playing only a small role.
Suicide Squad is set for release August 5th 2016.
