Originally set to appear in 2014’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles only to be written out, fan favourite duo Bebop and Rocksteady are finally making their big screen debut in next years sequel, and, thanks to the
Daily Mail, set photos have revealed our first look at how they will appear, albeit in their human forms. No doubt their more familiar mutant forms of a humanoid warthog and rhino will come later. Sticking close to the established look (and not looking nearly as ridiculous as he should), Gary Anthony Williams has been snapped sporting Bebop’s signature purple mohawk while talking to his partner in crime, who appears to be played by WWE wrestler Sheamus (real name Stephen Farrelly), though nothing has been confirmed at this time.
Also spotted were Brian Tee as The Shredder, clad in physical armour so hopefully the god awful CGI armour of the original has been toned down considerably, and
Brittany Ishibashi who was recently confirmed to be playing Foot Clan member Karai.
Directed by David Green (Earth to Echo), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is set for release June 3rd 2016.
