While we may be a year and a half from Scott Derrickson exploring the mystical side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Benedict Cumberbatch in tow, there is quite a bit of excitement for Doctor Strange (especially with a cast that includes the one time Khan and Smaug, Tilda Swinton, and Chiwetel Ejiofor). For Alex Silver of This Is Productions it proved too much to bare, and he created his own vision of what a Doctor Strange title sequence would look like, and it’s pretty damn spectacular. Set to The Flaming Lips’ “W.A.N.D.”, it is incredibly well made for a fan effort, and captures the trepans the character has traded in since his creation in the 60’s. Check it out below.
