If you thought you knew what to expect from Alan Taylor's mashing together of the previous Terminator movies into the fan fiction feeling Terminator Genisys, this new trailer drops some insane new story details I think no one saw coming.
I get the feeling Taylor and writers Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier decided to go crazy with the Terminator mythos, as this is definitely a stranger, more over the top handling of the concept and characters than we're used to. I'll admit I'm still 50/50 about the whole thing, but it at least promises to be a fun wide.
