Another week has disappeared, and will never be seen again. Unless it’s on your instagram feed. It’s been a busy week for you, hasn’t it? Of course it has (playing Destiny all week counts). And when you’re so busy, you miss out on stuff, like some of the big movie news stories of the week. Sure you read about some of them, but you probably missed alot. So with that in mind, throw yourself onto the ground and sing our praises as we bring you our weekly catch up on what’s gone on in the world of movies.
It might well have Michael Fassbender on board, but the Assassin’s Creed movie is now without a release date
- The first trailer for Tim Burton’s Big Eyes arrived, telling the true life story of artist Margaret Keane and it doesn’t have Johnny Depp or stop motion animation
- Deadpool fans rejoice! The movie is finally happening. It’s due for release in time for Valentines Day 2016
- An animation test for the new Popeye movie hit the web and it looks really good.
- Interstellar launched an interactive game on mobile platforms and online. We still now nothing about the movie, sort of.
- J.J. Abram’s Bad Robot released an amazing video of the Millennium Falcon and they stuck on Batmobile onto it as well
- A new trailer for The Judge impressed us no end, with Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall acting their socks off
- Doctor Who fans started drooling with the announcement that ex-Doctor, Matt Smith has signed on for Pride, Prejudice and Zombies
- The Ghost Dimension is the new title for Paranormal Activity 5. Nobody cares.
- Just in time for Christmas (eek!!) Martin Clunes appears in the first trailer for Nativity 3: Dude Where’s My Donkey?
- Petyr Baelish signed on for John Carney’s Sing Street, which is currently shooting in Dublin
- Jack Huston, from TV’s Boardwalk Empire is taking the lead role in Timur Bekmembetov’s Ben-Hur remake
- Production has started on the National Lampoon Vacation Reboot, which see’s Ed Helms as Clark Griswald
- Meryl Streep looks more frightening than usual on the first poster for Into The Woods
- Tom Hiddleston is the first cast member announced who will go to Skull Island
- The official synopsis for Avengers Age Of Ultron landed in our inbox and revealed it’s not necessarily Tony Stark who invented Ultron
- Hunger Games fans haven’t stopped drooling with the latest trailer for Mocking Jay Part One
