A few weeks back, we got a viral video for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 featring an address from President Snow (Donald Sutherland) to the people of Panem. Well, the second part of that address is now online, featuring a nasty surprise for the President that nips his propaganda of unity right in the bud. These videos are really well done, elaborating on the new status quo set up by the ending of Catching Fire, and are a nice little primer for when the movie hits our screens on November 21st.
