While everybody was focused on the Alien skull in Predator 2, a much more interesting detail was dropped at the end of the film with the reveal that the universe’s most dangerous hunter has made mark in various era’s of Earth’s past. The predator movies that followed never really took advantage of this intriguing nugget of information, so thank god for writer director James Bushe and the team behind Predator: Dark Ages, a highly accomplished short fan film which transports us the middle ages, and pits the Predator against a group of Templar Knights tasked with ridding their lands of a ‘demon’. For a fan film, everything is spot-on, from the movies look to the sound track, and is an impressive feat for all those involved.
