The story of Victor Frankenstein and his monstrous creation has being brought to the big screen quite a few times before, and now it's director Paul McGuigan's (Lucky Number Slevin) to bring a new version of Mary Shelley's classic tale to life. Told from Igor's (Daniel Radcliffe) perspective, the screenplay comes from Chronicle writer Max Landis, and Empire have the first look at Radcliffe and James McAvoy as the titular mad scientist, giving us a great look at the gothic tone of the piece. Frankenstein is a story I love in all its forms (well, most at the very least), and I find myself looking forward to McGuigan's take on the tale.
