With filming well under way in Vancouver, Deadpool adds another cast member, with English actor/rapper Ed Skrein (Ill Manors, the upcoming The Transporter Refueled) joining Ryan Reynolds as the one and only Deadpool, T.J. Miller as his sidekick Weasel, Morena Baccarin's shapeshifter Copy Cat, and Gina Carano as mutant Angel Dust for Tim Miller's long awaited comic book adaption.
Skrein will be taking on the role of Ajax, a powerful killing machine who feels no pain, and, in teh comics, one of the people responsible for the rogue experiment that turned Wade Wilson into the wise cracking, fast healing, very much insane Deadpool. With the plot revolving around our favorite red suited mercenary going after those who made him the way he is, expect Skrein and Reynolds to toe to toe when Deadpool finally hits the big screen next year.
