The planned reboot of the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe franchise has hit many stumbling blocks since it was announced way back in 2007. Originally having John Woo attached, development on the project seems to have stalled, and directors and script writers have come on gone over the years, but the movie still seems to be alive and well. Last we heard, Kick-Ass 2 director Jeff Wadlow was signed as script writer, and now we might have our first look at the project, with producer Devon Franklin (who also shared the above logo a few weeks back) posting what seems to be concept art from the movie to Twitter.
For the uninitiated, this is Battle-Cat, He-Man's steed who was completely missing from the 1987 original starring Dolph Lundgren, and I have to admit, he is looking bad-ass. We're still pretty much in the dark about the status of the project, but Franklin maintains it is till moving forward. As always, when we know more, you'll know more.
