News that's sure to sadden some movie fans out there; Hugh Jackman has declared that the upcoming sequel to the last Wolverine movie will be his final reprisal of the character.
Jackman has played the iconic hero 7 times already, popping his claws since 2000 and inhabiting the role in a way only he could manage. On an Instagram post in the last hour, Hugh has stated that he will no longer be kicking ass as everyone's favourite X-Man, once the sequel is done.
This also could mean that we won't see Wolverine cameoing in Bryan Singer's X-Men Apocalypse movie, as fans had previously hoped he would. Sadly, it also seems to indicate that he won't appear in the Deadpool movie, something any fan of comic-book films would love to see.
