Essentially a mash-up of all four Terminator movies so far, Terminator Genisys promises to shake things up for the franchise in a major way. And judging form the first trailer below, it should be one hell of a ride. I'm sure, you, like every one else, rolled your eyes when certain plot points, such as an older T-800 (still wearing Arnie's face) raising and protecting Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) from a young age, were revealed, but it actually works here. And we do get the pretty awesome shot of an older Arnie blowing away a CG de-aged Arnie (ok, it still looks as bad as in Terminator: Salvation) with a shotgun. It's a pretty bonkers concept that could go either way, and will certainly leave some fans with a bad taste in their mouths, but our first look doesn't completely fill me with the sense of dread I thought it would.
