Written and directed by Rodrigo Garcia, Last Days in the Desert imagines an encounter Jesus had with the Devil, with the fate of a family in crisis on the line, as his forty days of fasting and praying in the desert came to an end. Ewan McGregor plays both the Lord and Savior and the Prince of Lies, and our first look at the movie, featuring the actor as Jesus Christ, does promise a beautiful final product, courtesy of Gravity and Birdman Director of Photography Emmanuel Lubezki.
