Javier Bardem is probably one of the most consistently charismatic bad guys we’ve had the pleasure of watching over the last few years, and now the No Country For Old Men star is about to hit the high seas. The actor is in talks for the Pirates of the Caribbean 5.
The rumour mill grinds out that Bardem would play a ghost captain who blames Sparrow for the death of his brother and is searching for a supernatural object to aid him. While the role isn’t going to test Bardem’s acting prowess to any great level, it still would be great to see him take on something a bit more lighter.
