While he might have only three lines in the movie, Vin Diesel has come in for alot of praise (ourselves included) for his vocal performance of Groot. The actor reportedly did hundreds of takes for each time he spoke in the movie. And now you can see some of this incredibly voice acting work in action as he voices Groot in 5 different languages! As somebody who has spent 15 years in behind a microphone, this isn’t easy work. Amazingly, Vin Diesel even used stilts to get a feel for what it’s like to be as tall as Groot!
