If you are an avid listener of The Movie Bit podcast, you will know Vic has a.............couple of issues with Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn's inability to stay off social media. Well, it is through social media that Gunn has revealed some new images from the movie. First up is Facebook, and our first, teasing look at frequent collaborator Michael Rooker as Yondu, mentor to Chris Pratt's Star-Lord. With all the videos and images from the movie being dropped on the run up to its release, there have been a lot of things being kept in the dark, the villains specifically, and Yondu most of all, with the character appearing in no official videos or images. Entirely in silhouette, it is a total tease, and Gunn drops some tidbits about Rooker's casting, saying that Yondu didn't appear in the first draft of the script, with the role written specifically for the actor.
Gunn was later on Twitter, revealing some new character posters for Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and Gamora.
