The first teaser trailer for Gerard Barrett’s second movie, Glassland, has arrived. Starring Jack Reynor, Toni Collette and Will Poulter, it tells the story of a young taxi (Reynor) driver trying to save his mother from addiction who must make a life changing decision. The tone here is quite bleak and grim, which is something Barrett really embraced with his debut feature Pilgrim Hill, and first thoughts here are very, very promising. Reynor is a sublime talent. Forget Transformers Age Of Extinction where the guy hasn’t got room to scratch his nose, let alone showcase his potential. Dig out “What Richard Did” to get an idea of how amazing this incredible actor really is. Alongside the amazing Toni Collette and the always likeable Will Poulter, cast wise this is something brilliant! Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think in the comments!
