Kingsman: The Secret Service sees Matthew Vaughn once again team up with his Stardust, Kick-Ass, and X-Men: First Class writing partner Jane Goldman to bring the comic book he created with Mark Millar to the big screen. An old fashioned, 60's inspired spy adventure, this shows a hell of a lot of promise. The comic is a lot of fun, giving classic spy tropes a modern spin, and that fun seems to have translated over perfectly. It's odd seeing Colin Firth in an action orientated role, but he seems to be a good fit for it, giving a degree of class to the mentor role seen a million times before. Check it out below.
Released: 17th October (IRL/UK)/ 24th October (U.S.)
