Recently I caught up with Barry Ward who plays Jimmy Gralton in what is apparently Ken Loach’s final movie, Jimmy’s Hall. The movie follows political activist Gralton who is deported from Ireland during the country’s “Red Scare” of the 1930’s. It is set to premiere at Cannes on May 22nd. Barry was a good sport, and gives a great insight into the movie, his performance and whether or not it really is Ken Loach’s final movie, and of course plenty more.
