Here’s Vin Diesel looking all Riddick in a new image from……Riddick. Past Riddick movies have been watchable at worst and enjoyable at best. Vin Diesel dropped the new image on Facebook stating

Riddick finds himself left for dead on a sun scorched planet that appears to be lifeless, but as you’d expect he finds himself fighting aliens as well as a bunch of mercs who turn up after Riddick hits a beacon. Partly sounds like Predators, which isn’t the worst thing in the world, but there’s also a hint of John Carter about it as well. And looking at the below image, it’s very Carter-esque, and that could be a bad thing from an audience point of view. But, hold tough for the trailer…
