For some months now Tom Hardy has been seen sporting a rather shall we say full beard of sorts in preparation for his upcoming role in the Mad Max reboot. And it seems he will be sporting this for another while longer, when asked by Empire about the project he had this to say: “We keep moving that around, you know?” he shrugs. “Who knows when it’ll come out? I’ve been on stand-by for two years… but its all part of it. It’s kind of the cool thing to do, to be elusive with dates and all that.”
According to numerous sources there has been talk about the movie being so elaborate and technical that the shoot could last a minimum of twelve months. Recently it has been said that the schedule has been cut in line with the budget. Hardy had said humorously: “It was going to be a year of filming, then six months, and now we’re supposed to be doing it in six days. It’s a musical – we’re going to go around shopping centres in a little wagon and sing songs. People were expecting big, but we’re going to give them small. It’ll be a live, free-running musical and it’s coming to a place near you soon.” Stay with us here on the movie bit for further news on what will be an eagerly anticipated movie.
